According to a new decision by the Council of Ministers, the tuition fees of the international undergraduate and associate degree students who have graduated from the high schools listed in this link will be covered by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) as long as they are within their regular period of study.* Students within this category should make a payback application between 15-26th of October 2018** by personally visiting the International Students Office. If you have graduated from one of these high schools and if you are within your regular period of study, please fill this application form, sign it, and submit it to the ISO by hand with a copy of your high school diploma and your bank receipt. 

*10 semesters for those who attended the preparatory school and 8 semesters for those who did not. For PHED and CHED students, these periods will be two semesters longer. Actual semesters will be considered in the evaluation of regular study period.

** If you are a new student and could not open a bank account yet, you have to wait until you have your own bank account, which will be after you get your residence permit. The given dates are not binding for you.

*** This regulation does not apply to the tuition fees of the semesters before the 2018-2019 academic year.
