Paperwork Drop-Off & Collection

• Official documents (student certificate, transcript, educational certificate, student ID cards, diploma, etc.) are issued only by the Registrar's Office, not the ISO.
• Student certificates, transcripts, and educational certificates are also available electronically. More information: See the "Documents" menu at https://oidb.metu.edu.tr/en/
• Residence Permit Information Forms (Expected Date of Graduation Document) are also provided only in electronic format. Details: https://iso.metu.edu.tr/en/residence-permit
• To submit a petition regarding an official request/complaint, please visit the Documentation Unit in the Presidency Building, -1 Floor.
