This is just the pre-registration form. Therefore, when the semester starts, you will need to provide the official hard copies of the documents you upload here. In case you fail to provide the official hard copies, your registration will be canceled. The details of the official hard copy submission will be provided later via email. The form consists of 4 parts. You have to fill out the form at once and you will not be able to save the form and continue later. So please make sure that you have the following documents (if applicable) ready before you start filling out the form. Please remember that you will not upload the documents one by one.
